**IMPORTANT**
If you have a partition that is used partly, and is partly free, follow these three steps to isolate the free space(Please backup your data before you proceed. The following procedure may not be successful at all times)
1) Select that partition and click on'Edit Partition'
2) In the next dialog, choose the size to be greater than or equal to used space and choose 'Use as:NTFS' and leave the format checkbox UNCHECKED and click on 'OK'. The free space comes up in the partition table and use it accordingly..
3) If you had 4 primary partitions prior to installation, then the freed space will become 'unallocated' or unusable.
Remember that the MBR can hold only four primary partitions' entries.
So to overcome this trouble you can do this.,
Convert any of the existing partitions to Logical partition (warning! data will be LOST in that partition...!!) and use them accordingly..
Step 7)Click "Forward" & fill in the required information & "forward".This will finish the installation.
